CHEST
135-10 225-5 405-1 500 3 sets of 2 last set did 3 cables cross over 4x10 push downs green band plus the stack 4x10 one are preacher cruls 3x10 hammers 1x10 cuffs work 1x10 had to run to football to pick up my boys nothing big still week 2 of training

Looks strong Brett. When does the 'hard' training start? If your boys stay with football and you train them they will be animals.

hell yes they will my younges boy is 8 and he benched 95lbs for 3 reps and wieghts only 66lbs so hes going to take my place for sure

d**n Brett your son is a freak. I tried it for the first time when i was 14 weighing 145. It stapled and i had to work for a long time before i could bench that once. It's not just that i'm a weakling either. Only two kids in my grade could do it. True story. That's an impressive bench your son has.
