Cool!! Hate I couldn't see them but glad I couldn't see my face. Shrugs always makes your face turn da*n near inside out.

10/24 Bench It's been hit and miss and mostly miss the passed few days, Sharon & I bought a house and we've been moving. Anyone that has done it knows how bad it sucks but this will be the last time for a while unless she kicks me out . Just took it easy tonight so here goes... Declines...plates & quarters (pinky) 135 x 10 x 2 sets 185 x 8 225 x 8 275 x 8 (comp) 225 x 19...Sharon was keeping count and told me to shoot for 20 and I barely got the 19th one and it was only me & her and I knew the 20th one wasn't going dammit!! Seated BP machine w/ mini around back 5 sets x 10 Seated shoulder press machine 3 sets Band tricep press downs 4 sets

10/24 M/E Squat
Roman chair sit-ups 4 sets
Box squat w/SSB 155 x 5 245 x 5 335 x 2 425 x 1 515 x 1 565 x 1 515 x 3 425 x 10
Will & Spayd had gotten into a rack pull contest and that looked alot more fun than the GHR's I was supposed to do so I jump in.
Rack pull, (conv) just at the top of my knee cap 335 x 1 425 x 1 515 x 1 605 x 1 700 x 0...I had it!...the weight moved good and I lost my grip right at the top 700 x 1...PR, After the miss I had a 30-45 second pep talk and grabbed the straps and finished it. I consulted with the team and they said I could count it as a PR even with the straps, next time I won't need them.
Will is always calling Spayd out on nuts and as a result Will works his ass off to beat Spayd and Spayd does the same back to him, this has been great for both of these guys. They're so busy talkin nuts that they don't realize all the good training they've done in the process.
Body weight rows 4 sets

I also need to say a thank you to my buddy Will, he's been on me about my Ab work and every thing he said has been true! They strengthened up fast and I think that has been the cause of my back trouble, it had all the pressure because my Abs weren't doing anything! He also laid the facts out to me that made me decide to buy a dead-lift suit. This should be a lesson to all lifters, I consider myself at least a experienced lifter and I never even considered the things he told me. I was over thinking it, a guy told me once that it's human nature to over complicate everything! He was so right, we all do it in training etc... so the next time someone recommends something to you that you blow off cause it couldn't be right..."its to simple", it just may unlock something huge that you've been looking over!

Yeah man, those guys are great! I'm very fortunate to have such good friends, and the support I get from these guys is unreal. I wouldn't be as far along as I am without them!

sounds like an awesome time greg, i agree completely on everything there. i think it helps a lot to just back up and punt every once in a while to rethink everything. the simple answers are usually the most practical and effective. btw as far as deadlift suits, i've heard great stuff about pulling sumo in the ace.

Great job Greg. Pull is moving very fast. Thank you for the shot out. I am glad i could help and it shows how cool you are to take the time to listen to a beginner like myself. I'm glad you enjoy Spayd and I. That d**n Spayd is the big brother i NEVER wanted. He has been whipping my tail lately but i'll get him sooner rather than later.
