SFF National Powerlifting Championships 6/7/2008
Went down something like this.
I personally liked the venue. I stayed in the same hotel as the event. All i had to do is hop on a elevator and there you go. I didn't go to the rules meeting since i wasn't squatting. I slept in. Two big flights of squats. When it was time to bench they did the bench alone then three flights of full power bench. They did the same for Deads. I didn't realize that until... well....i looked at the flight sheet. whoops...Got a little behind on my dead warm up.
The bench was fun...So much easier going naked. Opened in Tribal white cotton shirt.

Alan, owner of APT had sent a big box of toys and before they handed out trophies they called up every lifter to pick out what they wanted. From bench belts to wraps....That was cool...
Best bench lifters received a certificate for a free Titan bench shirt...Mackey earned one. Ken Anderson from Titan was there. I picked his brain. Good stuff...

I pulled with Ace briefs/King Sumo combo. Works great if you can get to the bar. New Ace squat suit ordered. Getting away from canvas. Working with Chris Clark on bench. 6+ is there.....
