9/21 ME BP Been on the road a lot lately, workouts have been sporadic. Trained with Buddy and Moose this evening. Warmed up to 275 x 1 raw Add new 2-ply Katana (w/o grid stitch) 350 x 1/2 3-Board 390 x 1 435 x 1 450 miss, jacked the shirt too much 450 x 1 465 x 1 PR Band pushdowns x bunch Lat pull downs, 3 x 8 Song of the day: Pink Floyd – Pigs (Three Different Ones) www.youtube.com/watch?v=-T30cQgHoRE&mode=related&search=Go Yankees baby!

9/23 ME SQ Cheryl, Buddy, Mark and I had some fun today with bands. Moose didn’t squat because he is scared of bands, not really, he had a tattoo installed on his trap area and he couldn’t squat. Doubled green (average) bands and Buffalo bar (approx 325 lbs tension at top) Briefs 150 x 1 200 x 1 Suit straps down and wraps 250 x 1 Straps up 290 x 1 330 x 1 360 x 1 380 x 1 420 miss Lunges x 1 was too many for me Side bends (oblique) 3 x 10 ea side

Moose and We-Man did some speed box squats while I pulled. Good to see the We-Man back at it.
Rack pulls just below knees with 90lb of chains: 230 x 3 320 x 3 410 x 3 460 x 3 500 x 1 550 x 1 590 miss
Hamstring curl ups, 3 x 10 Chest support rows, 3 x 8 Crunch machine, 3 x 8
