ME Bench / Deadlift - 2/23/08 -
Raw bench - 140 / 230 / 280 / 320 x 2. Shirted to 3 board - 370 x 3. Shirted to 3 board - 410 x 1. Shirted to 2 board - 450 x 1. Shirted to 1 board - 480 x 1. Shirted to chest - 505 x 1 (pr). Reverse band (average) deadlifts - 140 / 230 / 320 / 410 / 500 / 550 x 1 / 590 x 1. Tried to put on the Ginny's suit w/ the Ace briefs at this point w/ 640 - no way to bend my legs to start the pull. Called it a day. Feeling good again about the possibility of benching 500 in my next meet.

500 bench should definitely go down Buddy! On another note, I can't imagine pulling 265 with tripled minis.

Nice PR Buddy....500 is there...no doubt.... I was thinking of trying my Ace briefs to pull in. lol..

Speed Bench - 6/17/08 -
Raw 1 board presses w/ 3 second pauses on board - 275 for 4 triples. Raw to chest against doubled average bands - 75 x 3 / 85 x 3 / 95 x 3 / 105 x 3. One arm db rows - 4 sets of 12. Strong band shrugs - 3 sets of 12. Seated wide grip rows (supinated grip) against doubled light bands - 4 sets of 10.
Much cooler in the garage today - brain just shy of over easy.
