hey girl great job friday 600 is coming in 2-3 weekes from now thats one thing i like to do is push poeple to there limt and beyond thats the only way your going to make it in this sport so bring that game face wesday for bench to girl hope all is well up that way see you soon \ Brett: My new bench shirt came in yesterday, will bring it Wed. Bench night: New Shirt worked Great,felt better than the old. Thanks for Brett setting it and showing me how to work it. warm 135x5 185x5 225x3 shirt 250 x1 3 boards 300 x1 2 boards 340 x2 1 board 365 x1 1 board new pr 385 x1 1 board another pr 400 is coming.... tricep work 315 x3 3 sets 3 boards

Hey:Late entry for squat night Friday: Been sleeping all weekend.. Feel Great.
warm up 145x5 230x5 280x2 370x1 430x1 505x1 535x1 And the BIg 550 x1.. It was a funny 550. Came out of the hole quick,then my body just froze,then kicked in again and picked up speed. Did not hitch ,just for some reason stopped mid way. So glad my spotters did not touch me (they said they were going to make sure I did not kill myself but wasn't going to give me help either) So Glad they did not touch me or the weight. Will do 550 again next week so it will be faster. Need to get into my new squat suit,I am using an old one for now. Can get into it myself and Brett said it is not tight enough.. Brett,just wait your in for it getting me into this new one will be fun..

Great benching. What shirt you using? Thanks.. Brett is right,The new shirt works great. Brett is the one who told me about scooping the neck 2 inches.(would of never thought about this on my own) I was surprised how well it worked. One day I will graduate to a 2 ply. But I am not experienced enough yet and with all the new tips and training with Brett my numbers have already gone up. I am very pleaseed.

Deadlift Night:
140x5 230x5 320x1 410x1 430x1 460x1 went up at a nice pace. I should be happy with this. last week 450 only came 1/2 way. But I rested 5 minutes and tried 460 again and Nothing.. Dropped to 410 and was shaking. I know this means my body was tired,but I felt great. I guess I just expect more. At least to pull it 2x would have been nice. Still need to get in the deadlift suit. Maybe next week. Went to heavey shrugs and called it a day, need to Bench in NC Wednesday.

lookes like that pull was good girl dropping those reps helped you a ton 30 lb jump from 430 last week,so I should not complain,But I am anyway. Shouldn't I have at least been able to do this 2x in a row at 460?

Bench night: Great Night (tired this am 3:30 came fast)
warm up 135 x5 185x5 225x1 shirt on 250x1 3 boards 315x1 2 boards 340 touch chest felt great 365x1 1 board (will touch chest next week) 385 x1 1 board hold 415 forever!!!! well seemed like it. Brian counts slow... ha ha ha! 7 or 10 seconds either one does it really matter felt like forever. (ok,not really) It is what I needed to do.
band tricep work and called it a night..
