Hey: Why so many abs? I don't think more is better. It is just like any other muscle. Do them a bit slower and you will feel it more. Doing more reps is just like cardio but not really building the abdominal muscle. One the other hand Great Bench Work. I need to start doing those reverse band benches.

I don't usually do a whole lot of ab work...definitely not enough. I normally use the weighted reverse crunches for strength building, but I was still a bit worn out from Friday so somewhere in the middle of my workout I just turned it into a light day. ...besides I still have to fit into my jeans :
