Leg ext. leg curls, calf raise on the smith machine- cause there not enough weight on the calf machine

tried a katana shirt 350 wouldnt go. Heavy accesory work tricep ressdowns v-grip- 170 reverse grip pressdowns-130 Onearmed presdowns 50- 3 x 10 each arm lat pulldowns-130- 3 x10 seated rows- 130-3 x 10 db shrugs- 90's- 3 x 10. I have my openers for the meet and now it time to rest and eat.

Reverse hyps- 3 x 10
Was wanting a 600 squat. And the guys at team torture were great. Its better to have a group the going solo. It wasn' t bad for just doing a single ply meet 6 days ago
