Greg thanks for all the help last night. I know it being my first time in that gear rmy form sucked. And going heavy agin just 6 days after a meet didn't help me none. Dereek was telling me theres more toys to play with in multi ply and he was right.

Me Squats with metal pro viking breifs.
Bar 135- 2 x 10 225-m1 x 8 315- 1 x 5 405-1 x 3 495-1 x 2 Added belt no wraps 505- 1 525- 1 Done with squats nose started pouring blood. every body at the gym went to freaking out.
Hypers- 3 x 10 with bwt leg curls- 115- 3 x 10 leg extions- 70- 3 x 10 did some bicep work.
My back is fried

Me Bench- Trying a metal viking pro bencher. And my bench suks as it is Bar-15 135- 10 155- 8 225- 3 255- 2 275- 1 Added Shirt 315- 1 off 3 boards 365- off 2 and 3 boards. I moved it but my form sucked. I know its mostly a techniac and im used to single ply gear and and just muscle up weight. And my feeling got knocked down alot. But im gonna try it agin some day
