CHEST week 3 raw: 135-8 185-3 225-3 2bd and shirt: 365-3 385-2 405-2 415-2 static hold 500lbs.
cable crossovers 3 sets tricep press downs 4 sets one arm preacher curls hammer curls rotators
static hold was hard as hell. triceps still on fire. i can't wait til friday. you got to love it.

ham curls 3x10 calf 2x10 abs and more still trying to get my depth under control. it's a shame when you can bench more than you can squat or deadlift. but hey, i'm a work in progress.
