still trying to get technique down pat. The weight felt heavy as hell. Maybe next week will be better.

called it a night. helped Adam and Brett. Great lifting tonight Adam. If you keep going at this rate, the sky is the limit. great benching Brett, the shirt was tight as hell. you're probably gonna want to use the old shirt for nats.

just realized that I didn't proof read my latest bench post. i forgot to delete the secondary training stuff from where I copy and pasted from last week. i only did benches last night.

Injury felt OK. Still a little tender so didn't want to push too hard. I felt about 85% like normal. Should be 100% by the time the meet gets here. 10 days and counting.

4bd lock outs with purple band and mini band doubled 5x2 pinkie on the rings cable work two down two up pec deck 2x10 tricep dips
first night back benching. all of the benching was done raw this week.
