banded push downs 2x12 chain push up`s with 160lbs 1x25
brett - the reason you don't like doing chain push ups is cause you ain't good at them. but keep working on it, maybe you'll get there one day. ha! ha!
new shirt felt good. it feels like a good fit. it is still a little awkward and will take some getting used to. but i think it will work great.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. The shirt is good and just what I need.
Derek - Thanks for the good deal on the shirt. What meet are you training for? Will you do it at 165 or 181?
Chris - In case you hadn't noticed my other 2 lifts suck. So I don't really do full meets right now. I think maybe I should be a bench only competitor. I will do the UPA event in May and am thinking about doing a meet in the next few weeks. When is your next meet?
Will - are you still lifting? I don't see any training log posts from you lately? Are you going to do another meet soon?
Greg - Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it. Are you doing the APF meet in Clayton later this month?

inners outers 20reps laying ham curl waist high box jumps banded abs
great workout. enjoyed the extra help from rick and justin.

np man you're a good guy, wish i coulda helped out more. i'm doing the full meet in clayton at 165. i've had the goal of totaling elite before i turn 21 since i turned 20 and this will be my last chance to do it. i've said it before but this should be my last meet at 165 i hope.

Haven't really been 'training' Brian. It's okay though. I'm planning on doing Brett's meet and having fun in May. I hope you and Charlotte are doing well.

Hell yeah Brian- it was good to meet you man. I could have sworn you went back and hit that 285 on the squats after the miss... killer workout either way though. We'll be back down soon.

Derek - I hope you hit your elite total. YOu know you've got it in you. If I do decide to lift in the Clayton meet, I am not going to diet down. I will just lift in the bench only at whatever weight class I am in. I have to check. My APF card was never mailed to me from the last meet that I did in Clayton this past summer. If they make me get a new one, even though my membership should still be good, then I won't compete. I will still be there either way. So if I can do anything to help you let me know.
Will - Glad to hear that you'll be competing in May. It should be fun. Charlotte and I are both doing great. Hopefully I will have enough gear gathered up by the May meet to do my first full power meet in gear. And if you want to come compete in the 181s we will have a blast.
Rick - Hope to see you Wednesday next week. Had a blast on Monday. Make sure you bring your A game.
