Bench from last Wed night
bar x 15 135 x 15 185 x 3 225 x 3 put on shirt 385 x 1 3bd 405 x 1 2bd 425 x 1 1bd 435 x 1 chest 455 x 0
already 8 pm so called it a night. great benching Rick, you've improved 100% on technique. justin, once you got the right shirt on you looked solid. way to stick with it. gabe, great benching. the way you are improving there will be some high numbers in your near future. carl, great benching. you're a beast man. look forward to some heavy bench nights. adam and brett, great lifting as usual. adam you looked solid on your last set. brett, way to stick with it and touch that 2bd.

legs tonight
15'' box bar 135-10 225-3 315-3 for 5 sets
inner outter hams 3x10 plyo box jumps 3 sets of 10 kettle bell work 3x10 banded abs
had 2 new guys tonight - phillip and harley. both seem like great guys. we are resting up for the start of next week's new band cycle. we got a lot of work in a short amount of time tonight. all in all a great workout.

bench 4-and 5bd lockouts and speed work bar -10 95-10 135-10 185-5 225-3 315-3 4bd 335-3 4bd 355-3 4bd 375-3 4bd 395-3 4bd 415-3 4bd 435-3 4bd 455-3 5bd 2 sets 225 w/ 60lbs of chains all work tonight was raw
Brett - raw work may not be the best thing for you. the last couple of times you've had problems with your pec. up til that point you looked really strong.
Harley (ha ha - I mean Harlan) - until your shoulder starts feeling better you may want to stick with heavy lock out work.Looked strong man big numbers to come.
Philip - Great lockout power. If we ever get you in a good shirt, there's no telling what kind of numbers you could hit.
Adam - looked good. You got a lot of power, you just need to beleive that you can push the weight.
Carl - looked strong as hell tonight. 745 was fast and looked easy as hell, even with all the problems you were having with your shirt. still a great bench night. we'll talk more about that meet. sounds like something i would be interested in helping you with. and my wife says your welcome for the filming.

Don't remember my lifts from wednesday's bench session and i'm too lazy to go the car and get my log book. we did a lot of raw board work and speed work. i was getting over being sick from monday and tuesday, so it was all i could do to get there and bench. here is last night's lifts

pull downs wide grip and close grip seated rows shrugs banded abs
thanks to ryan for catching me when i blacked out tonight. brett, chad - great lifting. brett that 625 looked easy as hell. it is good to see you finally pulling some heavy weight again. carl - you are a bench monster and agreat guy. enjoyed dinner and it was nice meeting your wife. stella - what more can i say than WOW. you're a great lifter and a great person.
