Trained with Buddy and Cheryl, missed Moose not being there today, but he was at the country club, or he got lost in the swamp, I can’t remember.
Chain squats I couldn’t do a d**n thing with anything near parallel today. Here is what I tried to do:
Parallel 455lb 2” above: 520 & 570 4” above: 630 & 680 No chains: 570 390 for 11 reps with straps down
One-leg 45 deg back raises, 3 x 8 Spread eagle Abs with 25lb plate, 3 x 10
I can’t squat to parallel, but I’m d**n good at squatting high.

10/10 DE SQ/DL
Was in St Pete, FL for a few days, man it was nasty hot and humid there. I’m ready for some cooler weather. Kind of beat and run down from travel, but gotta put food on the table. Travel should calm down after November and I’ll get serious about doing a meet sometime early next year. Moose, We-Man and I did some speed stuff today.
Box squats with 280lb and 80lb of chains, 6 x 2 Speed pulls with 230lb and doubled minis, 6 x 1 Low rows x 3 Pull down Abs, 3 x 10
Looking forward to benching and squatting heavy this weekend. I'll be sure to get some video footage, PR's will be flying.

Had a great birthday and was able to train with good friends and see them him PR’s.
Warm up raw to 280 x 1
Add Katana 3-Board: 350 x 3 2-Board: 380 x 3, 400 x 2 5-Board: 490 x 2
That was it, had to leave early, thewife made a nice Italian dinner with red velvet cake. ;D
