Thanks for the comments Will. 10/31 DE Squats Box squats with SSB and light bands doubled 200lb, 6 x 2 230 miss I forgot how brutal the SSB is. Helped Moose, he went heavy because he will miss ME SQ in Sunday. He worked up to 420 and was stapled to the box at 470. That was it; had to take the kids out for tricks and treats.

11/2 ME BP
Doubled light bands 2-board: 230 x 3, 245 x 3 (buddy helped on the last rep, I got loose) 4-board: 300 miss 5-board: 300 x 1, 320 miss
Body weight dips, 3 x 8 Chest supported rows with 3 plates, 1 x 8, 1 x 6, 1 x 5
It was not a solid night for me, couldn’t get close to my board PR’s with the light bands doubled. It takes a few times to adapt to the band tension. Buddy and Cheryl looked strong.

11/4 ME SQ
Briefs 410 x 3 460 x 2 Suit strap down 500 x 2 Straps up 550 x 2 595 x 2 (the dude side spotting on the right grabbed the bar after my second rep, it got me off balance so I racked it and un-racked for my the second rep) The second squat was my best squat in a while.
Combo 45 deg hyper and curl ups, 3 x 6 Avg band leg curls, 3 x 12 Pull down Abs, 3 x 8

11/6 DE Squat
Below parallel box squats with SSB and light bands doubled 200lb, 6 x 2 220lb, 1 x 2
200 was the same weight as last week, plan was going to jump 10%, but speed was off so I stuck with 200. I wussed out. One more week of using that lousy bar.
GM’s with SSB and doubled light bands, 3 x 5 Low rows, 3 x 8 Decline Abs with 25lb behind head, 3 x 8

Warm-up 140 x 5 190 x 3 230 x 3 260 x 1 270 x 1
Katana and 2-board 350 x 2 380 x 2 400 x 2 410 x 1 (wrist was screaming so only did one) No shirt to chest 225 x 9
Pushups with blast straps 3 sets superset with medium band pull aparts
Need to lay back for a few days to let the wrist heal up. Hugh congrats to Buddy for hitting 500 and to Moose for hitting 650. Cheryl is in de-load mode and worked on form, she looked great. Good to have we-man work in with us.
