I don't believe we have met. My name is James Gentry I live in NC and I'm a raw / drug free lifter. I compete mostly in IBP and 100% raw push / pull meets. I dont squat anymore due to a nasty knee injury. I used to train at the House of Payne Gym in Yadkinville.

that's all. Last deadlift workout before the Push / pull meet in Mocksville. I'm very pleased with my deadlift but my bench has dropped alot. Oh well, take the good with the bad.

2-9-08 IBP push / pull meet lifted raw bench 405= good 430= good skiped 3rd attempt due do being sick as a dog. I wanted to save some for the deadlift deadlift 600 = good 650 = good 685 = good 700 = miss ( had it above my knees though ) Click on the photo to watch all 6 lifts

Today was my first workout back since I did the IBP meet on Feb 9th.

That's all. I just wanted to get back into the gym and do a little something.
