Thanks Greg. Hams doing great considering it looked like a truck ran over it a the last couple of weeks. I have had a good 7hrs of deep tissue in the last week most of the time spent on lower back and hams. Those areas were/are real tight so she's been working on getting them a bit more playable. I should be in good shape for the meet, not a 100% but good enough to roll.

Glad to hear its getting better. I don't know about your theropist but for me to have 7 hrs worth I'd have to sell something...lol. You may not be as bad as me but I can't remember going in to a meet 100%, more like wondering if whatever is aling me at the time will hold up. Good luck to both you guy's at the meet too.

If it helps to prevent muscle tears it's worth it. The initial investment is a little pricey but I'm in need of some preventative-predictive maintenance for longevity purposses......hopefully. Trained with the Tribe in Hickory tonight.... M/E Bench 3/7/2008 Worked up to 370 raw Single ply Katana 450 x 1 2bd 470 x 1 1bd 490 x 1 chest opener-ish Close grip 230 x 20 x 2 pause last 5 Wide grip pull downs 3 sets Hammer strength shrugs 3 sets of 20 Shut it down.... 3/17/200/8 Just got back in town from a rather disappointing meet in Charleston. I have had some really good meets and only one that i couldn't finish. This one. My opening squat got a little squirrelly "forward" and i tweaked my lower back. The smartest and toughest decision was pulling out of the meet. I could come up with a bunch of excuses but i don't play that way. We will get it next time....
