Foam box squats to parallel w/SS bar 245 x 2 x 4 w/dbld average bands 295 x 2 x 4 " " " " " 325 x 2 x 2 " " " " " Deads on sumo platform against dbld light bands 135 x 3 185 x 1 x 2 225 x 1 x 2 275 x 1 x 2 325 x 1 x 2 Back raises on G/H w/35 3 sets of 10 Elevated blast strap pulls, palms in w/ weighted vest 3 sets of 10 Static ab holds on G/H 3 or 4 sets don't remember & don't care......My lower back feels like its been through a meat grinder.....it's just what i needed though...

Next meet has been decided....IPA Virginia Powerlifting Champioships(IPA Qualifier)
