Thanks Steve.
Thanks Brett - yep, you're right, heavy squatting ain't the best way to rehab a bum shoulder.

Speed Squat / Deadlift - 2/20/08 -
Below parallel box squats against doubled average (green bands) - 185 - 2 x 2 205 - 2 x 2 225 - 2 x 2 Hamstring curl ups - 3 sets of 25. TKE's - 3 sets of 30 (each leg). Sumo speed pulls against tripled minis - 135 x 2 x 1 185 x 1 205 x 1 225 x 1 245 x 1 265 x 1 285 x 1 Across body toe touches against average bands - 3 sets of 15.
Last week of circa max on squats. Unreal trying to walk the weight out of the rack against that band tension and even harder walking it back in. The squats all had good speed though. Mom's b-day is Sunday, so had to try to cram some ME deadlift work in with the speed work today. Don't know what the total weight at the top was, but the bar was bending pretty nice. All the pulls were quick - happy happy joy joy.
