stella have felt any benefit from the rotator cuff work? i did that stuff for years and my shoulders didn't get any better. it just hurt a lot

Seems to keep it healthy. Those small muscle need work too. Althought sometimes my shoulders dislocate if I bench to fast. (everyone makes fun of me benching slow, but that sh** hurts) Maybe you need an adjustment. Or just a good massage. Which reminds me I should get one...

thats great girl now just back that rep stuff down and strat doing doubles for 8-10 sets so you can handle some heavy weight see you sat girl Hey Brett not sure if this applies to All of my workouts,so this is what I did on Back night. (which now needs a massage lol...) Pull downs 120x5 132x5 144x3 156x3 168x3 (went up in weight) BD Rows 70x2 85x2 95x2 105x2(also up) High Row 132x2 144x2 156x2 168x2 180X2(Up) Shrugs 190x2 230x2 320x2 370x2 410x2 430x2 (up) Hammer Curls 20x4 25x4 30x4 35x4 40x4 Alternating Curls 25x8(just because I like the pump Brett ;D) 30x5 Abs...... went up in lbs on almost everything because of the low reps. but did not get to 8-10 sets. Do I need to change this

Friday Squat Night:
135x5 225x5 280x2 360x1 430x1 suit on first time since Dec. 475x2 505x2 533x1 Very Pleased.. Thanks to Brett for ALL His HELP.. The Guy is amazing. It is an inspiration to watch him lift. Pushes me to train harder. 600 is just around the corner.
Carl, great to see you deadlift.

hey girl great job friday 600 is coming in 2-3 weekes from now thats one thing i like to do is push poeple to there limt and beyond thats the only way your going to make it in this sport so bring that game face wesday for bench to girl hope all is well up that way see you soon

Deadlift/Back workout
deadlift 135x5 230x5 320x2 340x2 360x2 380x2 410x2 jumped more than 20 lbs,just was tired of putting on small change. probably should have stayed at 20lbs. 430x2 a little slower 450 only came up 1/2 way.. I wasn't sure were I was on my deadlifts,so next time I will not do as many sets leading up to 450. I am pretty sure it will go past this amount soon.
DB Rows 95 x2 105x2 High Row 156x2 168x2 180x2 Pull down 156x2 168x2 Shrugs 225x2 315x2 405x2 (a little lower than last week,but I am sure that is because I am now deadlifting as well)
