right on with you popped eye vessel, those are always the best. few things feel better than when someone asks "omg what happened to your eye!?" and i get to say "just lifting heavy" 600 shall be your beyotch

Deadlift: 140x 230x5 320x2 370x1 410x1 450x1 suit on 490 x1 all the way up this time but did not lock shoulders back enough. tried 490 again no go. rack pulls (upper back got sore,which means I need these, althought lower back is fine)

you`ll be 500+ buy the meet make sure you hammer those rack pulles and you`ll be fine

After deadlift 490 I was only able to do rack pulls for 410. Is this expected to be lower? Will keep adding more on. Just realized I did 2 sets of 3 same weight. Should have moved to at least 450 Brett?

yes rack pulles should be more weight girl strat the pull above the knees thats is wear your trouble is you should be able to pull like 540+ there

Squat Night: Very few people in the gym. Not many spotters at first, Glad more guys came in when I got to the heavey stuff. Makes a huge difference. 135x5 225x5 270x2 370x1 430x1 suit straps down 500x1 550x1 580x1 new pr up 10 lbs
