135-10 225-10 315-5 405-1 495-1 brief on 585 5sets of 2 was enough wieght to get me down inner outters ham cruls 3x10 calf 2x10 abs and more good night over all can`t wait to get heavy it`s killing me like an itch you can`t get to you have to wait for it to go away
