bench back to it after 6 weeks off
135-12 225-5 255-5x5 band push downs 4x10 shoulder stuff 3x8 hammer cruls all went well tonight got the monlift set up ready to roll now baby

135-10 225-5 315-5 425 8 sets of 2 hypers all strong bands 3x10 inner outter 1x20 ham string 3-10 with weight and bands leg press 3-10 lots of streching about an hour hips thighs hams it bands feel good nice for day 2 of trianing

I am scared to many big boys lifting at this meet for me i might just pull but what sucks is we pull friday heavy for my nats meet will see shirts for the upa will be done soon Iwas hoping to have them for the meet to show it off
