tell me about it dude they used the chain to tie down somthing they were moning from the gym but did`nt ask me frist well thats just dumb ass poeple training going good 500 last night was light as hell bench is good but my pulling is sucking for some reason

feel like a girly thing, man you looked like a girly thing in those tie dyed pink leggins. but when you're in the upa, whose going say anything to you. and while you take your 2 weeks off, keep remembering that picture I showed you and you'll have renewed strength when you pull again.
