ME Bench 6-26-08 135-2x8 185-5 225-3 250-2 shirt work 315-3x3 all paused 365-1 405-1 worked on my form and control of the bar and weight. Flat bar pressdown 140-3x10 Face Pulls 60-3x10 reverse grip lat pulldowns 160-3x10 Taking two steps back helps alot.

yea i had a bad bench night last week. I took a step back and worked on form. And greg i am a big grasshopper

ME Squat with ace breifs. they are a little lose from the weight lose in stomach area 135-2x8 225-3 315-3 405-3 500-3 Suit and breifs. with straps up 550-2 605-1 PR
Seated Leg Curls 145- 3x8 Seated rows-150 3x8 Ran out of time. All squats walked out
