Bench ass want to try some more high volume work to up my shirt bench, hopefully. wanted to get 50 reps in as few sets of possible bench 45+green band looped 3x5 100+green band 2x3 150+green band x1 rotated between 2 and 3 board each set 150+green band 3B x8 150+green band 2B x12 150+green band 3B x10 150+green band 2B x11 150+green band 3B x9 that felt very close to cardio.... arms is dayud chest supported row doubled monster mini 2x10 doubled monster mini +45 3x10 tri extensions light for blood flow 2x a lot chest fly's light 1x15 blood flow and lack of chest but shoulders so shot this wasn't happening more than once. lat pulls moderate weight + doubled monster mini 5x10ish life sucks working weaknesses song: zz top - sharp dressed man www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSlPea-NSoEbilly gibbons (imo) is one of the best guitar players ever. not fast, not earth shattering but the man has the best feel for rhythm and pitch i've ever heard. plus the sound is chunky with a nice bluesy feel. lesson: you never really know who's paying attention to you.

thanks guys, paying for it today! active recovery squat felt way to beat up to do any hard dynamic work just did some recovery work for blood flow. dynamic leg swings 10 sets of empty bar front, back, and overhead squats then much more stretching than i've done in the last year combined overhead squats 100 2x6 140 4x6 single leg hypers bodyweight 2x10 each leg thats it! song: gloria estefan - turn the beat around www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPQvzOu667Ylesson: compared to 2 years ago, i'm amazingly unflexable.

ME bench nothing major, still feel a lil weak from being sick and the high rep bench acc day warm up ab stretches hip flexor stretches 3 sets lat pull downs bench 45 2x8 45+70lb chain x3 135+70lb chainx4 190+70lb chainx2 add rage x (feels loser, bodyweight was low) 225+70lb chain x3 3rd touched 250+70lb chain x3 all touched if i remember right 280+70lb chain x2 touched all, grinded 2nd out and didn't try 3rd the chains were a good switch split jerks 45x many 95 few sets of 3-5 135 2x3 i think 185 x2 thats it, nothing crazy just trying to get some good work in and heal up. today is my 3 week anniversary of being sick song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zeh4XUjGBS8lesson: got to get front foot out farther and hips centered on the jerk

Cool video D, I don’t know anything about Olympic lifts, but I can see that the jerk is a technical movement and are very explosive.
