OK, so I have been lazy with my log lately. I have a notebook, but I haven't typed it in here. I did take some days off from lifting.
Legs tonight (box squats) bar warm up 135-10 135 green band-3 135 blue band-2 185 blue band-2 put on new briefs and squat suit (TRX) straps down 225 blue band-2 275 blue band-2 PR 315 blue band-2 PR 335 blue band-2 PR 365 blue band-1 PR
inners and outers ham curls banded jumps banded abs
one heck of a workout. love my new suit. hit a handful of PRs. can't wait to see what happens when I put the straps up. weight felt very good. again sorry i have been so slack about my log.

Tweaked my back on last lift. Besides that it felt good to be back at it tonight. i felt well rested. great to see everybody again.

great bench brian did not realize it was pr for u 2
hope your back gets better that tube helps you arch which probably helps arch in your shirt
I feel so much more confident doing more off chest and lower boards and think I really found the groove on this shirt
