inners and outers work your thighs. it's normally the exercise that you see the really hot chicks doing in the movies. but in this case it was just a bunch of powerlifters.

Thanks Superman that's what i figured. I started doing those about a month ago and i feel they helped alot. How do ya'll add resistance? I may not be doing them right or the weights don't weigh alot.

It is one of the few exercises that we do that we don't add bands to. but if we figure out a way we will let you know.

didn't even break a sweat. brett's the tallest in the group and i'm the shortest. and brett's right, we're both hot.

Oh yeah, today I broke the cardinal rule of powerlifting, but my pride was on the line. Today at work I got called on my benching ability. So even though last night was chest workout, I loaded 360 on the bar at work today during lunch. I only had my wrist wraps. I got it. But if it had been one pound heavier I would have had to pay for the other guy's lunch.
