135-10 185-3 225-3 275-1 315-1 365-1 my PR 405-0 got it above my knees but couldn't lock it out. 315-3
seated rows machine 4x12 close grip pull downs 3x10 seated rows cable 4x10 one drop set shoulder press machine 4x12 dumbell shrugs 6 sets to failure
thanks brett for helping me reach my PR and for being patient with me even though I am hard headed. you might know what you are talking about after all. ha ha. BTW great pulling brother.

wow, tonight was awesome. i can't thank brett and adam enough for all of their help and advice. i never thought i would bench this much weight. i can't wait for senior nationals. i hope we are all injury free and ready to lift.

You're right Will, bench is definitely my bread and butter. But I hope to improve my other lifts and get stronger on all 3.
