yeah well hey, i've been accused of 4-ply pee. i've lost my job 14 times, wrecked 19 marriages because of my multiple ply's coming between me and my wives. even genocide was caused of because of multi ply lifting. hitler and stalin both went double ply early in their lives and together they killed over 60 million.

All this talk about multi ply gear - I don't know how you guys do it, I can't even get used to a single ply shirt. I have never worn a deadlifting suit and only worn a squat suit once.
And Will congrats on great lifting. Keep up the good work.

Superman- You will like it when you switch over. You will move alot of weight with that gear.
Dead lift off platform- worked up to 405 for a few singles. Got somethign fixed with my form so i'm pleased with that.
Ghr- didn't keep count did 10 lb behind head though
Pull down abs- level 10 for 2 sets of 5

I hear ya Brett. I haven't figured out if they, gms, work for me or not. Some people love them some don't. I did GHRs that night though.
Bench- worked up to 185 for 10 sets of 2. Just moved it fast. Military press- 125*3*8 Dips/ other accessory stuff.
