Squat- 135x10 225x5 315x3 365x1 425x1 485x1 515x1 550x1 (belt 315 up) (hardcore suit and breifs w/ wraps 485 up) 475x3 for a burn out (suit bottoms, wraps, belt)
Bench Press- 135x10 185x5 225x2 275x1 335x1 355x1 375x1 385x1 (Rage shirt 335 and up)
done for the day

(doing squat and bench on saturday taking tom off) (exactly one month from today to the contest)

Bench- 135x8 185x5 225x2 275x1 335x1 360x1 385x1 405x1 (rage shirt 335 and up)
crunches- 3 sets of 8 reps very strict bench leg raises- 3 sets 8 reps very strict
