Thin compared to a Katana. I ordered the wrong size like two sizes to small. Could not get it over my forearms.

Woke up to some nice ham bruising. Been waiting for that... Active recovery....again Sled pulls for 15 laps around lot focusing on a nice long sride....feel better. Cable side bends 3 sets of 15 G/H sit ups 3 sets of 12 w/25

Active Recovery 2/24/2008 Stiff Leg Deads against light bands 135 x 8 x 3 G/H single leg... 3 sets of 10 light band ham curls 1 set 15 2 sets12 single leg Sled Drag 10 trips around lot Two ice packs & a ibuprofen.... It was depressing that i couldn't pull today since we had six lifters pullin.

Thanks guys. I have 17 days to heal or peel until meet. Reacquiring injury's do suck. Pain is part of the process.....I keep telling myself that. Speed Bench 2/26/2008 225 x 3 x 4 w/light band 275 x 3 x 4 " " " 135 x 3 x 2 w/dbl average bands. Were ya go-in little doggy... Close grip 225 x 20 x 2 paused last five Kroc rows 150 x 20 GHR sit ups 3 sets of 12 Traps with strong bands 3 sets of 15
