Mark, I hate I'm going to miss the meet bro. I was going to come down and help but when I looked at the calender I realized that was the weekend of my daughter's birthday so we've got a party to plan. Good luck on the meet, you training seems to have gone well just try to stay health at this point.

M/E Squat 3/2/2008 Worked up to 595 w/briefs. 645 x 1 750 x 2 full armor...opener-ish 750 x 1 " " " Seated ham curls against average band 3 sets of 12 Ham curl ups 3 sets of whatever Ball leg raises 3 sets of 10-12 Worked on opener. Ham still tender so i couldn't feel my depth. Probably a mind thing. Team said they looked good so I'll roll with that. Still have plenty of time to heal up..

Mark, i checked out that other site, thanks. Im fried today, very sore and fatigued. Im going in for some upper back then off to ab class with the old ladies.
p.s. where can i get one of those Brian Ronnie juicers, i hear they work very well. Lots of good feed back on the appliance works network.
