Deadlift: All I am going to say is HE** YEH!!! not even going to list my workout. Just got 475.... I am happy. although I did shake a little. I will repeat next week so it is smoother.. And Will try it with deadlift suit.... Yes Brett: I did rotator exercises....
And moved up on the band abd work because some of the guys was giving me sh**..

Stella,
You looked great tonight. The more you handle that weight the easier it will get. After a few times in that suit you will be loving it. Considering everything with my lifts, I still think all in all it was a great night. When you get a chance you might want to take a measurement to make sure you haven't shrunk a few inches under the weight. LOL Great job tonight.

Thanks also to Phillip and all the spotters. That suit is really tight. My legs may have a mark until next week. I am sure I will get use to it. Can't believe 550 wasn't enough weight to get down. And it is a single ply. Da* What are you going to do with me in a canvas or 2 ply next year?? With eight weeks to go I have plenty of time and more weight to squat in this suit. Now onto Friday's deadlift with the other suit. (I am sure I will being thank you for those marks as well !!!! ;D)

Bench Night: Still having a little problem with my body weight. Still only 176. I think I need to hold more water. Have a plan. So for now need to rest my shoulders till next week. 135x5 185x3 230x1 250 x1 shirt 3 boards 300x1 3 boards 340x1 touch chest 365x1 1 board it went for my neck (thank god the spotters caught it) that was close tryed again,bar just dropped. Did some shoulder and rotator cuff and ab work called Carl and Brett and whinned to them (ha!HA!) Thanks for being their for me.. Still I am not to upset I know what I need to do and my Bench is still way up from my Dec. meet. That is only 3 1/2 months of training. Got to be happy.

Friday Deadlift: 140x5 230x3 320x2 370x1 410 x1 SUit On first time(hard to get down, did not get a great grip,hard to pull took belt off 450x1 better 490x1 flew off floor but only got 1/2 way. Think I need to get use to the suit.

MondaY Squat: New suit went on sooo much better than the first time last week. 135x5 225x5 270x2 370x1 suit on straps down 430x1 500x1 550x1 550x1 570x1 new suit is working well. Thanks for Brett and Carl getting me into it. Hey Brett: Got home and noticed this morning I broke a Blood Vessel in my eye,does that mean I offically squatted heavey or do I have to have a nose bleed like you! ha! ha
Carl: Nice deadlifting (easy) and it is good to see you squat.
