Hey Haven't logged in for some time. Took a few days off a little tired. But feeling better now. Forearms are hurting but seeing someone Tuesday and it will be taken care of. Anyway Squat Night Friday.
Well, got my "600" very happy to say the least. Funny think first I did 550 and I was worried about depth so I dropped all the way down,which took the suit out some and I stopped 1/2 way up. The after I used my glutes and pressed my heels in more it came all the way up. Everyone just looked at me and asked why I stopped. (sometimes I do the funniest things)But went onto 600 and surprised them all just went a little below parallel and came up pretty quick. Called it a night and went home happy.

Deadlift Night: Finally getting the hang of the suit. Have been trying a few different things. It seems that I need to take in air after I am down to the bar just before I pull,with the suit so tight and taking in air at the top I am taking to long and it is causing to much pressure I actually loose air when I get down. Also Pulling the belt lower down has helped and changing which hand I gripp with first is important. warmed up then went 410 x1 450x1 lost grip and air changed things up went to 470 x1 better then 490 quick and fast held at top. more sets than I wanted which means I have more in me... Next week will be an easy workout only 2 weeks after this week. will save the extra I have for the meet.

Bench night: warmed up the did my opener for the contest coming up. 310 went very well. then 330 almost but was slow and they took the bar from me.Did not want me to strain my arm I just got worked on Tuesday. Tried 330 again. went for my neck (thanks Brett,Adam,Phillip for saving my life !) My heart skipped a beat.

Deadlift Sunday AM: Not use to working out in the am,but I got up early and had a Great Day. Just an easy work out this is the last week workingout. warmed up and did 465 opener. Went up well held at top longer than usual and called it a day. Really wanted to do more but I held back and just take it easy.

Bench Night: Benched last night. Washed my shirt,felt better. Just a quick bench. warm up and hit 310 opener felt good. Just wanted to bench a little this week before the meet. Arms felt ok.But still going to therapy tomarrow.Should be good to go next Friday. Will squat a little Friday nothing to write about.
