bench ass i've determined that, as stupid as it sounds, my pec weakness is whats holding my lockout back. my triceps have gotten a lot stronger and the only thing that gets sore when i do lockout work is my chest so now i have a direction to go. work them boobies! tried somethin a lil different... flat chain bench 2 sets of chains per hand 65lbs a piece x15 chains+ monster mini around back 3x15 felt it in my boobies hammer stringf decline bench 2x15 hammer stringf flat bench 1x20 hammer stringf incline 1x12 shoulders started sliding around in socket so stopped with that hammer stringf low and high row 2x15 each machine BB shrugs 135x10 225x10 315x10 365x10 upright row with tri rope 3x15 heavy very very blah day song: ronnie james dio - holy diver www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wq36WIUeFrIlesson: even heroes are human
