ME bench felt like crappola today, used loose rage-x raw warm up to 225 280 2x2 all touched 320 2x0 1x0 forget how little i actually get from this shirt raw 2-board 280x2 300x1 315x0 well all that seemed like a terrific waste of time. tri push downs 3x10 light db seated military 50's 3x10 shoulders hurt and i feel like crap and this is the only thing i did all day that was successful, enjoy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylA85fmlktIsong: black sabbath - paranoid www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylA85fmlktIlesson: i need a stretchy shirt like a super phenom or maybe a bash shirt with a tiny chest plate but still be able to get real good shoulder support or i won't be benching much longer.

i think it was just the shirt, i couldn't do 315 in it last time i used it either. not sure why i thought i could do it now. pretty lame that i can't get 50lbs out of my training shirt

You and i have obviously already accomplished everything we ever will in this sport. That being said, i'm no longer a strength athlete, i'm a mathlete. You should take my cue and devote yourself to hopscotch or jump rope. Ha seriously though man that video was hilarious. Don't sweat the problems. Get with Brett and Greg and they'll be fixed.

brett: where exactly are you located? i'd like to do that. i feel like my technique is pretty good i just need to figure out my shirt combonation and get my chest power up.
will: hahahahahahahahahahahaha, mathlete sounds so intimidating man i don't know if could be as beastly as that. hopscotch is way too tough for me, i've seen the underground games and men lose their savings and their lives in the underground hopscotch leagues. jump rope could be my best option but those 11 and 12 year old girls are viscious!!!

OL day doin some cleans for the first time in a while and also for pre exhaustion for adverse condition deadlifts this coming saturday. dynamic leg swings and empty bar work for warm up 115 2x5 135 2x2 2 front squats per clean 155x2 180x2 205x2 225 2x1 first one was ugly, fixed it on 2nd one 245x1 borderline bottom position, i can work with that. 270 2x0 first one was sad and 2nd should've been caught. technique tweaks and i'll get that consistantly when i don't suck. front squats 135x10 185 3x10 tried out my new apt knee sleeves and convict wrist wraps today. the knee sleeves were everything i could've hoped for, didn't have any of the normal knee pain i tend to when i do OL work. wrist wraps are just rediculous! didn't even wrap them at all, just left them loose and had plenty of support. the knee wraps are going to be INSANE!!! training video: www.youtube.com/v/H1yPF-d5CcEthats all for today song: its on the video, not sure why i picked this one but i lol'd while i was watching it. i don't even know why its funny to me but i don't care. it makes me giggle lesson: need to stay tighter off the floor and pull under the bar a lot harder.

adverse condition deadlift accidentally over adversed the conditions got waaaaaaaaay sore from the cleans and front squats in glutes quads and a fair amount in the hamstrsings. goin on about 2-3 hours sleep too, i blame the cold medicine. this would be a tough test. empty bar work pulls 135x a few single ply suit down 245x3 335x1 425x1 all hook grip straps up 515x1 switch grip 565x0 just didn't have any power or energy at all, over adversed it. vid: www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_Z_kQruN0ksong: godsmack - good times bad times (led zeppelin cover) www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAYtswTQO2Ilesson: be careful what you ask for!
