SE (some effort) squat day raw doggin it on squats, muh chess is hurtin! getting under the bar early was a pain. warm up empty bar work and leg swings squart 145 2xseveral 240x5 290x3 330x3 add light wrap 380x3 420x2 450x1 lil toiter wrap as fast as speedy gonzalez but dead. 240x16 bloodflow and hypertrophy worked on sitting back more and used a lil lower bar position. everything felt good on all sets, the 450 showed i need to acclamate to the different leverages. vidjoe www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_3t_JrmbSwsong: dimmu borgir - progenies of the great apocalypse in vidjoe lesson: bring powders and ointment when going raw to prevent/treat rash and disease. pretty sure double ply briefs protect against std's and aids.

I think 165 is good for you. I just looked at how much progress you have made and I figured you had gotten bigger. You are doing very well. Killing the squat and deads man.

thanks tom. i actually was up to 180ish back in may but since i got sick before the last meet for a month i dropped to 170 anda lil under for a while buback upto 175 consistantly now ME bench went easy today used 130lbs of chain but i'd say only around 100 of it was used, the rest stayin the floor. bench 45+100lb chains 2x5 100+100lb chains 2x5 140+100lb chains 2x3 160+100lb chains 2x3 illegal wide for this and the rest 190+100lb chains 3x3 lying dumbell extensions 2 sets with 35's ad shoulders said F that dumbell floor press 50's 3x12 lat pull downs with neutral grip handle 140x5 warm up 180 2x8 200x5 220x5 230x3 260x2 270x 0.5 thats right, went for a pr on lat pulls! why not russian twists 25lb plate 3x10 (left-right = 1) been way too long since i've done those song: Black Sabbath - War Pigs (bad ass clasic!) www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6P_9By0i_4lesson: illegal wides are good for da boobies atleast in my case, felt exactly where i was weak
