Thanks for the push last night Brother, I guess you could tell I was still not to excited about being there, only showing up 45 minutes late. The squat comp. put me in a good mood and got me off my butt.

10/5 Bench Joey and Rodney came down to train with us tonight. It was quite entertaining as always, I think Joey had everyone scared for a minute cause nobody would talk. It passed and everyone went on to have a good night and afterwards Jonathan was nice enough to treat the group to pizza and I brought the beer. We had a great time sitting around shooting nuts etc. My training for the night sucked ass and here go's Raw warm-up to 315 3 brd w/ shirt 405 x 3 495 x 1 Plan #1...it was to take 545 to a 2 brd and without racking go to a 1 brd then if everything was moving well go to the chest. 545 x 1 off 2 brd 545 x 0 off 1 brd Take #2 545 x 1 off 2 brd...back started sliding Reguardless of the back thing the outcome would have been the same. Plan # 1 was a BUST!! Plan #2...put on loose shirt and do 405 as many times as I could. 405 x 6 It appears that 4 plates is all I'm good for in all 3 of my lifts right now! Oh well life goes on and leaves me behind, thank god I havn't lost my looks!...haha

Zercher squats, 15" box 135 x 10 225 x 6...f*gged out and quit Got pissed at myself for being a f*g while watching Sharon work her ass off and decided to redeem myself 225 x 18...pretty sure I almost passed out!

Brett, For me right now I'm just not in shape to lift heavy so I'm going to change my focus (trick myself) in the gym till I get my a** back in shape. Trying to lift heavy right now is just hurting my feelings! I refuse to buy in to the getting old deal though.

Chain suspended push-ups w/ chains on my back b/w x 10 40lbs x 10 70lbs x 10 100lbs x 8 70lbs x 12 40lbs x 14 b/w x 30...I was pumpzilla after all that!
Rear delts 4 sets
Front DB raises 4 sets
Nose breakers 2 sets
