Incline press 4*6 Dips 5, 15, 60 barbell front raises 3*6 DB rows 4*20 pulldowns 3*6

I hear ya guys. Thanks for the advice. The inclines were done with 135 bar weight. I did get carried away with the dips, but i was feeling great. The front raises were done with just a curl bar. Nothing was hard. I just did it to not feel like such a bum.

After a meet rest is the best thing you can have. Hell, a week off will only make you hit it harder when you get back. And even though it seems strange, when you work out all the time, you constantly break down your muscles. Resting actually gives them time to grow.

A few declines Db incline presses few pullups few dips some abs
Had a really good time tonight. It was great to see the guys again. Chad went up to 555 off a 3 board. Everyone had a nice night.
