Rack pulls- worked up to 500*1. I'm happy with that. The most i rack pulled before the meet was something like 465. Spayd ran his mouth again. He only talks nuts on days that we pull. On all the other days he just loathes in the corner.
Greg- i'm glad you enjoy it. Seemed to get you going that 700 pull was very easy.
Brett- I'm looking forward to when you start coming to squat with us. It will be alot of fun.

Thanks Greg. We all had good nights. Especially Spayd- That bicep pump he got was absolutely mind boggling.
flat bench- 225*3, 245*8, 275*1, 295 miss. Some board work. nuetral grip dumbell presses- 90*8, 90*8, 90*8, 90*8 Db military worked up to 45s 8, 6, 2 skull crushers- 45s for a few sets face pulls with my buddy Spayd- 5 pin 8, 4, 4
The face pulls were rather hard for Spaydzilla. He had no range of motion because his biceps were so PUMPED.

Will the amouont of pumpitude in my bicepts didn't even come close to your biceps in their normal relaxed state. I just hope that one day I can be as HUGE as you are. You're me hero .

Very funny Zilla. I really don't know what to say. First off, my 'biceps' consist of hardended fat deposits, and are not bigger than yours. Secondly, you're the one that brought this upon yourself. You curled your little heart out and looked at your peaking biceps while you were curling. We should get you one of those really really cool looking devices that don't let you cheat. You know those plastic things that Ahnold used to wear? That's all you man.

I'm glad you get a kick out of Spayd curlzilla and I. Spayd biceratops is cool man but what was he thinking? I love Spayd The Curlinator to death but that was really gay. Spayd The Curlsters biceps are rather impressive though.
