Quick meet report...
Squat: 1st attemp, 733 Red light for depth 2nd attemp, 782 Good lift...PR 3rd attemp, 821 Good lift...PR, previous best was 775
Bench: 1st attemp, 512 Good lift...PR 2nd attemp, 525 Good lift...PR 3rd attemp, 547 Good lift...PR, my previous best was 507
Dead-Lift: 1st attemp, 225 Good Lift!!! haha 2nd attemp, 501 Good lift 3rd attemp, 633 No lift...For the record the squat aggravated an old back injury so to make sure I finished the meet I dropped my DL opener WAY down. Then I just give 501 a shot to see if my back would hold up and when I got it I needed to pull 631 to total 2000 which was one of my goals for the meet. 633 was my closest choice so thats what I tried with no luck. All in all I had a great meet, I am very pleased with my squat and Bench and I know theres more to come andf come hell or high water I'm going to get my pull moving again. It was great seeing everyone again and thank you again for everything Brett!

9/21 M/E Bench...At Chip Stewart's gym in Statesville with Joey and Rodney.
Warm-up to 315
Added shirt 3 brd 405 x 2 2 brd 495 x 2 545 x 1 585 x 1...Called it there, didn't think I had that in me going in to the workout so I ended on a high note.
Seated DB shoulder presses 4 sets
That was all the work I done. We had a great round table discussion with Chip, Joey, Rodney and myself about training and Chip's crazy ass etc. Good night all around, Joey had an ugly lift of 765 off a 2 brd and with about 30 seconds rest came back to kill it. Rodney looked good, his shoulder seems to be holding up well going over 700.
