Speed Squat 10-17-07 in metal viking breifs bar-10 135- 2 x 8 225-5 315- 7 doubles
GM 135- 3 x 8 Leg curls 145- 3 x 8 Preacher Curls 65- 3 x 10 Seated DB Curls 20's-3 x 10 Worked on speed tonight in the squats. Great form off a 14" box

Speed Bench @ 6am Close grips 135- 4 x 10 Press Downs 180- 4 x 10 reverse grip pressdowns 130- 4 x 10 Lat pulldowns 140- 4 x 10 Seated rows 150- 4 x 10 BB Shrugs 315- 4 x 10 Sid Laterial raise 20's- 4 x 10 I was spent not much sleep up running calls most of the night with the fire dept.
